CELEBRATING THE PAST … BUILDING THE FUTURE!

The ALKEBULAN Art & Culture Festival is a vibrant and proud celebration of our Heritage, an affirmation of our history and our past glorious achievements. It is a platform to express our quest for economic independence through the creative processes, encouraging and promoting the arts, innovators and entrepreneurs who are blazing the trail with locally sourced and manufactured products.
In an environment of community and learning we seek to appreciate and reconnect with our original cultural identity in order to build a bridge for our future.
